By accessing or using Elitenet Achievers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the platform if you do not agree with these terms.

2 Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

3 Course Access

Access to paid courses is provided after successful payment and remains available according to the course enrollment period. Course access is personal and cannot be transferred.

4 Content Usage

Videos, notes, tests, questions and other learning materials are provided only for personal educational use. Copying, recording, sharing, reselling or redistributing platform content is prohibited.

5 Payments and Refunds

Course prices and payment details are displayed before purchase. Refunds, when applicable, will be handled according to the refund terms communicated for the respective course.

6 Platform Changes

We may update courses, schedules, faculty, features, pricing or platform policies when required. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes.

7 Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for unauthorised content sharing, payment fraud, abusive behaviour, security violations or misuse of the platform.
